Live Your Childhood Dreams
From time to time, I post an example of someone who lives their Why. These people know their purpose or cause on the planet and everything they do, everything they say breathes life into that purpose. The only word that can be used to describe these people is: beautiful. They are beautiful people. Their stories and their energy is nothing but inspiring.
The following video is of Randy Pausch. Randy is beautiful. A Professor from Carnegie Mellon, he is dying of pancreatic cancer and this is the video of the last lecture of his life. On Sept 18th, 2007, he spoke on "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," giving advice on how to live your Why. It's wonderful.
The video is 76 minutes long...put aside the time and watch it. It's worth it.
(and if you want to buy a DVD of it for $7 or download the transcript, you can do so at Dr. Pausch's site).
